Global Laser has been providing Kitchener, Waterloo, Brantford, London, Guelph and surrounding areas with high quality LaserJet toner cartridges, printer sales and service since 1988.
In that time the LaserJet industry has changed drastically and we have evolved with it. In our efforts to be as environmentally responsible as possible we have developed a process in which we produce as little waste as necessary and give back to the community through a cartridge recycling program already in existence. Our cartridges are completely stripped of all internal components and have a premium replacements installed. Our cores are only original and not a specially manufactured core. Did you know that it takes the energy equivalent of about 1/2 gallon of oil to produce a 2 1/2 pound laser cartridge? By exclusively remanufacturing spent cartridges Global Laser annually diverts over 12,500 pounds of waste from going into the land fill.
Unlike much of the competition each and every one of our cartridges is tested in a machine before it leaves the facility. Our process is longer than it could be, however we feel our customers deserve a product that will meet or exceed OEM standards.
In this industry there is a lot of competition, primarily in price. A few of the items that set us apart from the competition and make our offering unparalleled are;
- We hand test EVERY cartridge we build before it leaves our facility, not just 1 in 100!
- We back our remaunfactured cartridges with a 12 month warranty in workmanship and quality from date of purchase.
- We will always manufacture a high yield or “X” type cartridge and will only offer a low yield or “A” type cartridge if it is the only cartridge to fit in a machine. We also do not offer a “Jumbo” cartridge like several of our competitors as they simply don’t exist. A “Jumbo” cartridge is generally a overfilled cartridge allowing the end user more pages in hopes that the waste hopper doesn’t overfill and leak into the machine. At Global Laser we only remanufacture cartridges as they were originally offered and designed by the manufacturer. - We do not compromise the outer core of a cartridge by “splitting” it, we completely disassemble it.
- We do not use cores other than that of the OEM, whereas some companies have their own molds available to manufacture their own cores. This practice is not nearly as environmentally friendly.
- We recycle and replace all internal components and replace with the highest quality product available.
- We offer 100% FREE service on all HP machines exclusively using our cartridges. You only pay for parts, labor is free. We will also provide free loaner printers if yours is unable to be fixed at your office.
- In 2011 we successfully launched our Office Supplies Catalogue offering over 16,000 Office products giving our customers a one stop shop.
- Products are delivered to your door by our own knowledgeable staff to ensure timeliness and proper handling.
- We can even schedule routine maintenance at your convenience to ensure your machines don’t let you down.
- As new machines become available we begin collecting the empty cores to be able to offer the cartridge as a remanufactured item as soon as possible.
- We want our customers happy, we don’t believe in contracts. If there were to ever be a problem, we don’t want you feeling “stuck”.
We specialize in setting up a manageable inventory of our product to ensure you don’t run out of one of your most basic business essentials. When we drop off your order we will take the time to do a stock check so that your inventory level is adequate for your needs. We also work with customers of any size and will be happy to offer a volume discount on our remanufactured product.
Until October of 2011 Global Laser operated out of a Solar Power Supplemented facility in Drumbo. In October we moved to a larger more efficient facility on Duffferin St in Woodstock. This new venture has allowed us to spread our wings and grow with the industry. Although we specialize in remanufacturing HP LaserJet cartridges, the industry has demanded a remanufactured product for other manufactures. We are happy to say we now offer a number of Global Laser Branded Brother, and Samsung LaserJet cartridges. This added space also allows us the opportunity to grow our line up as new machines are released. The various LaserJet printer manufactures continuously release new printers to meet market demand for such features as walk up printing support, 3D Scanning, and even wireless networking capability. Every time a new machine is released a new cartridge is required. This requires us to buy a machine for test purposes and begin to collect spent cores to allow us to provide our customers with a Global Laser branded cartridge.

Global Laser Return Policy
Global Laser Cartridges can be returned within 60 days for full refund provided they are unopened and not a special order item. Micro Toners are a special order / special build product that are non-refundable.
Global Laser offers a one year warranty against defects in workmanship from the date of sale. This will allow the cartridge to be repaired or replaced with credit of unused toner towards a like cartridge.
In the event that a printer is retired during the use of a cartridge Global Laser may take back any unopened cartridges and replace with cartridges for the new machine, provided the cartridges are less than 6 months old.
OEM Product can be returned within 30 days of purchase and may be subject to a 20% Restocking Fee. These items must be returned to Global Laser at the customer’s expense.
