Since 1988 Global Laser Inc. has been serving Ontario’s Technology Triangle including but not limited to Woodstock, Brantford, Kitchener, Cambridge, Waterloo, London and Guelph with Laser Toner Cartridge Remanufacturing, Printer Sales and Service.
Our products are remanufactured locally in our Solar Power supplemented facility in order to assure our customers of prompt service and the highest quality available.
In this industry there is a lot of competition, primarily in price. A few of the items that set us apart from the competition and make our offering unparalleled are;
- We hand test EVERY cartridge we build before it leaves our facility, not just 1 in 100!
- We back our remaunfactured cartridges with a 12 month warranty in workmanship and quality from date of purchase.
- We will always manufacture a high yield or “X” type cartridge and will only offer a low yield or “A” type cartridge if it is the only cartridge to fit in a machine. We also do not offer a “Jumbo” cartridge like several of our competitors as they simply don’t exist. A “Jumbo” cartridge is generally a overfilled cartridge allowing the end user more pages in hopes that the waste hopper doesn’t overfill and leak into the machine. At Global Laser we only remanufacture cartridges as they were originally offered and designed by the manufacturer. - We do not compromise the outer core of a cartridge by “splitting” it, we completely disassemble it.
- We do not use cores other than that of the OEM, whereas some companies have their own molds available to manufacture their own cores. This practice is not nearly as environmentally friendly.
- We recycle and replace all internal components and replace with the highest quality product available.
- We offer 100% FREE service on all HP machines exclusively using our cartridges. You only pay for parts, labor is free. We will also provide free loaner printers if yours is unable to be fixed at your office.
- Products are delivered to your door by our own knowledgeable staff to ensure timeliness and proper handling.
- We can even schedule routine maintenance at your convenience to ensure your machines don’t let you down.
- As new machines become available we begin collecting the empty cores to be able to offer the cartridge as a remanufactured item as soon as possible.
- We want our customers happy, we don’t believe in contracts. If there were to ever be a problem, we don’t want you feeling “stuck”.
We specialize in setting up a manageable inventory of our product to ensure you don’t run out of one of your most basic business essentials. When we drop off your order we will take the time to do a stock check so that your inventory level is adequate for your needs. We also work with customers of any size and will be happy to offer a volume discount on our remanufactured product.
Every printer cartridge contains petroleum as “embedded energy”. It takes the energy equivalent of about 1/2 gallon of oil to produce a 2 1/2 pound laser cartridge. By remanufacturing spent cartridges Global Laser annually diverts over 12,500 pounds of waste from going into the land fill.
