Returns

Global Laser Cartridges can be returned within 60 days for full refund (store credit) provided they are unopened and not a special order item. Micro Toners are a special order / special build product that are non-refundable. A 15% restocking fee will apply as product has to be re-tested prior to resale.

Global Laser offers a six month warranty against defects in workmanship from the date of delivery. This will allow the cartridge to be repaired or replaced with credit of unused toner towards a like cartridge.

In the event that a printer is retired, and replaced by Global Laser during the use of a cartridge Global Laser may take back any unopened cartridges and replace with cartridges for the new machine, provided the cartridges are less than 6 months old.

Printers can only be returned for refund if 100% of the original packaging is still in tact and it is entirely in re-saleable condition, within 5 business days. A 20% restocking fee may apply.

OEM / Office Supply Product can be returned within 30 days of purchase and may be subject to a 20% Restocking Fee. These items must be returned to Global Laser at the customer’s expense.


Delivery

Next business day delivery is typical. Occasionally if an item is on back order, or the item isn't a rush a extra day or two may be required. We will discuss the options prior.

We do not typically ship our Global Laser Remanufactured products as we prefer face to face interaction with our customers, and the product is somewhat sensitive to the rigors of shiping. One of our knowledgeable staff will deliver. Drop ship can be arranged for deliveries outside our typical areas.
